    Ian has over 23 years experience in investment banking including public and private M&A, private equity acquisitions and disposals, equity capital markets and debt restructuring.

    Ian has extensive experience working at global investment banks and independent advisory firms, including UBS Australia 2001 – 2010, Fort Street Advisers 2010 – 2018 (Principal) and E&P Corporate Advisory 2018 – 2024 (Head of Corporate Advisory and Co-Head of E&P Capital).

    Ian has been involved in some of the most significant real estate M&A and capital markets transactions over the last 20 years.

    Steve has over 30 years experience in investment banking including M&A, bank capital, structure debt and equity capital markets.

    Steve’s career includes UBS Australia 1995 – 2009 (including Joint Head of Capital Markets), Benevolent Society 2010 – 2013 (including pioneering social benefit bond market), Fort Street Advisers 2013 – 2018 (Principal) and E&P Corporate Advisory 2018 – 2022 (Co-Head Corporate Advisory).

    Steve has extensive experience in capital markets transactions with a particular focus on financial services, wealth and funds management.

  • Richard Hunt

    Richard has over 30 years experience in investment banking including public and private M&A, equity and debt raising and debt restructuring as well as real estate funds management.

    Richard’s roles include: UBS Australia 1992 – 2008 (including Joint Head of Investment Banking from 2002 – 2008), Fort Street Advisers 2009 – 2018 (Principal), E&P Corporate Advisory 2018 – 2023 (Chairman E&P Capital), Fort Street Real Estate Capital from 2013 - 2024 (Chairman).

    Richard was a Member of Australia Takeovers Panel (2012 – 2024) and Member of NZ Takeovers Panel (2014 – 2024).

    Richard has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions in the Australian market with a particular focus on real estate and infrastructure.

  • Lyndelle Roche

    Lyndelle has over 25 years’ experience having worked in various corporate positions.

    Lyndelle’s roles include: UBS Australia and London 1998 – 2010, Fort Street Advisers 2010 – 2018 (Office Manager and Company Secretary), E&P Corporate Advisory 2018 – 2024 (Business Manager and Company Secretary).

    Lyndelle has experience in managing operational activities including policy and third-party governance, finance administration and development of efficient workflows to maximise productivity.
